Site Document Controller Administrator focuses on maintain all hvdc project documentation including drawings, specifications, procedures, and reports.

What the role involves

  • Maintain all HVDC project documentation including drawings, specifications, procedures, and reports.
  • Ensure all documents are registered, tracked, and stored within the EDMS (ACC.
  • Maintaining document registers, transmittals, and revision histories.
  • Control document numbering and naming in line with project standards.
  • Ensure only the latest approved documents are available to project teams.
  • Distribute documents to internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives.

Skills and requirements

  • Knowledge of document control processes within major infrastructure or HVDC projects.
  • Previous experience as a Document Controller within construction, power, or HVDC projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Understanding of quality standards (ISO 9001).
