Site Engineering Manager focuses on ensure that all assigned duties and tasks are carried out in compliance with statutory legal requirements and the company quality, health & safety and environmental policies.

What the role involves

  • Ensure that all assigned duties and tasks are carried out in compliance with statutory legal requirements and the company quality, health & safety and environmental policies.
  • Overseeing Engineering Supervisors allocation of daily work orders and control of the technicians to ensure correct prioritisation close out of site activities.
  • Repair of all mechanical and electrical equipment and instrumentation Onsite, ensuring all work undertaken to the highest standards and within required timescales.
  • Process data, specification requirements, procurement, contractor quotations, formal contract agreements, delivery, commissioning and assessing resource requirements.
  • Raise capital asset requests including design input, the provision of technical.
  • Maintain Engineering training records to ensure adequate coaching and competency assessments are performed as per individual requirements from the training requirements matrix.
