Site Lean Deployment Leader focuses on drive lean improvement initiatives across the business area.

What the role involves

• Drive Lean improvement initiatives across the business area.
• Support leaders and team members in Lean culture, principles, and tools.
• Coordinate, and facilitate Lean improvement events across different sites.
• Supporting daily operations with problem-solving and improvement activities.
• Ensure consistent deployment of Lean practices and standards across the organization.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience working with Lean methodologies and tools (e.g., Improvements, Value Stream Mapping, 5S, problem-solving techniques).
• Experience coaching and developing leaders and teams within Lean principles.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, BSc degree, or equivalent, in an Engineering or Science discipline.
