You will be joining a multi-sector and highly respected civil engineering contractor based in Birmingham, recognised for delivering high-quality infrastructure projects across the UK. This is a full-time permanent position based in the Solihull area.

Your new role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day on-site delivery of the project, ensuring works arepleted safely, on programme, within budget and to exacting quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and coordinating all site activities from mobilisation through topletion
  • Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Ensuring strictpliance with health, safety and environmental standards
  • Driving programme performance and resolving technical and logistical challenges
  • Chairing site meetings and liaising closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team
  • Maintaining excellent standards of quality, workmanship and client satisfaction
  • Promoting a positive, collaborative and solution‑focused site culture.

  • What you'll need to succeed

    In order to be successful, you must have:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within heavy civils, ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Track record of successfully managing teams and coordinating site activities
  • Excellentmunication and stakeholder management skills
  • CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
  • Full UK driving licence.
