What the role involves
- Manage all on-site activities from start to completion.
- Responsible for site safety, programme delivery and quality of work.
- Maintaining an efficient and well-organised site.
- Managing & coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff and address any issues proactively to maintain progress and compliance.
- For health and safety Onsite, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and company procedures.
- Monitoring project progress.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction is essential.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant qualifications but not essential SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
- Full UK driving licence.
