What the role involves

• Manage all on-site activities from start to completion.
• Responsible for site safety, programme delivery and quality of work.
• Maintaining an efficient and well-organised site.
• Managing & coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff and address any issues proactively to maintain progress and compliance.
• For health and safety Onsite, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and company procedures.
• Monitoring project progress.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Relevant qualifications but not essential SMSTS, SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
• Full UK driving licence.
