- Overseeing day-to-day site operations across construction and commercial projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Monitoring project progress against programme schedules.
- Ensure works meet specifications.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
Skills and requirements
- Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and health & safety regulations.
- Experience working on a variety of commercial construction projects.
- Knowledge of project planning software and reporting tools.
