Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide urgent cover on a planned works programme, overseeing the delivery of kitchen and bathroom refurbishments within occupied properties.

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organisation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations across kitchen and bathroom installations
  • Manage subcontractors and trades to ensure works are delivered on time and to specification
  • Ensure all health & safety standards are met and maintained on site
  • Liaise with residents, client representatives, and internal teams
  • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance across the programme
  • Resolve site issues efficiently to avoid delays

    • Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within planned works/social housing
  • Strong background in kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes
  • SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
  • Excellent stakeholder and resident liaison skills
  • Ability to start immediately and hit the ground running

    • What’s on offer:

  • £32.00per hour (CIS) 
  • Minimum 3 month term, with possible to be extended
