What the role involves

• Leading daily site operations on a £3m refurbishment or support delivery on an £11m project.
• Managing subcontractors and trades, driving quality and productivity.
• Maintaining and promote high health & safety standards at all times.
• Coordinating with design andmercial teams to resolve site queries.
• Assist with short‑term planning.
• Monitoring progress against programme.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.

Confirmed role details

• £50,000 – £65,000 + car allowance + pension + health care + bonus.
• Start Date: Late Q2.
• Either take the lead on a £3 million laboratory refurbishment, or work as a Site Manager on a newly secured £11 million scheme.
• Work closely with the wider project team, supply chain and client stakeholders to keep everything moving smoothly.

Candidate fit

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or a strong ready to step up.
• Background working on education, healthcare ormercial projects.
• Confident managing subcontractors in live or sensitive environments.
