What the role involves

• Working closely with the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the development, helping to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to th.
• Assisting with the management of subcontractors Onsite.
• Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Monitoring build quality and programme targets.
• Coordinating trades and site logistics.
• Conducting inspections and ensuring NHBC standards are met.

Skills and requirements

• Previous experience working for a house builder on residential developments.
• Traditional build experience is essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• First Aid at Work certification.
