A well-established recycling plant in Tiverton, Devon are looking for an experienced site manager to join them.

Location: Tiverton, Devon. EX16 5PD

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

It is essential you have previous experience as a site manager / foreman / supervisor of a waste management / recycling site.

Site Manager – Recycling Operations Yard

As Site Manager you will oversee a waste recycling operation, handling recyclable material ensuring KPI’s are met and safety, ISO standards, environmental and company policies are adhered to.

You will develop the team to deliver effective processing and output within the operation and ensure that staffing levels are controlled, and performance levels are kept to a high standard.

Your previous role may have been: MRF Manager, MBT Supervisor, Waste Manager, Transfer Station Manager, WEEE Site Operations Manager, Waste Operations Supervisor, Transfer Station Supervisor, Production Manager, Scrap Metal Yard Foreman, Skip Hire Yard Manager, Metal Recycling Operations Manager etc.
