What the role involves

• Leading all site operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient performance.
• Delivering waste and/or quarry management plans in line with regulatory and business requirements.
• Develop site teams, including performance, training, recruitment, and engagement.
• Plan and resource both short and long-term operational activities.
• Ensure full compliance across Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
• Oversee all site administration including reporting, payroll data, and cost control.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant leadership, project, operations, people-management, or stakeholder experience is useful.
