Site Operations Manager
Job description
RAF Woodvale is looking for a Site Operations Manager, with the role focused on supporting oversee task-by-task operations and maintain performance standards. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.
Where the work sits
Maintaining compliance with safety, regulatory and company procedures across all site activities This role is full-time, 40 hours per week and is based Onsite at RAF Woodvale. How the role works day to day
Help oversee task-by-task operations and maintain performance standards.
Practical details
- Managing and motivating Onsite teams, providing clear leadership, direction and performance oversight.
- Engaging with key stakeholders, including military personnel and internal Babcock teams.
- Leading site operations, ensuring aircraft, engineering and support activities meet contractual and customer requirements.
- Overseeing reporting and performance data, ensuring accurate operational and statistical reporting.
What needs to be in place
- Reservists in the armed forces receive 10-days special paid leave.
- Proven experience leading teams in a regulated operational or aviation environment.
