Site Operative focuses on reporting into the site supervisor, the successful site operative on a day to day basis will be carrying out the following (not exhaustive).

What the role involves

• Reporting into the Site Supervisor, the successful Site Operative on a day to day basis will be carrying out the following (not exhaustive).
• Maintain excavation, haulage, compaction, and grading mobile plant Onsite.
• Managing the tipping area, ensuring thorough compaction and waste coverage at the end of each day.
• Managing and controlling hauliers Onsite, ensuring their and others' safety.
• Inspect the landfill for hazards, instability, or environmental issues like gas emissions or leachate.
• Perform duty of care checks on waste streams and products, ensuring they comply with acceptance criteria.
