Site Operatives

Taskmaster Recruitment are looking for a Site Operatives to work for our client based at their site in Warboys.

Duties will include:

Sorting household and commercial waste from a pick line into plastic, wood, brick, metals.

Use machinery to feed recycling waste for processing.

Inspect materials for any contaminations.

Clean and maintain equipment.

Meet the requirements of audits and cleaning specifications.

Ensure the correct protective equipment is correctly worn at all times.

Ensure work is carried out to the highest standards of health and safety.

Desirable skills and attributes:

Being physically fit for this role is essential.

Able to use own initiative.

Must be able to work with noise and dust.

Organised and able to manage their own time effectively.

Follow health and safety rules.

Works harmoniously with others to get the job done.

Temporary to permanent job for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday to Friday: – plus overtime is available at an increased rate of pay.
Pay rate: £ – £ per hour depending on flexibility & skill set.
