Who the work supports

We’re seeking a talented individual to join our Service Protection team in Bracknell on a 9 month FTC. As Site Reliability Engineer, your responsibilities will include among others.

Technical work involved

Provides good exposure across environment management, release support, and cross team coordination. Overseeing daily health check reporting from the test team, coordinating resolution of any issues (e.g. batch failures, trading platform issues, CORD outputs) and performing CORD r.

Technical skills and experience

• To be successful in this role, you should.
• Previous experience in IT Service Management (ITIL), ideally within Change, Release, or Transition.
• Understanding of ITIL practices and service lifecycle governance.
