This Site Services Team Leader role is focused on supporting oversee task-by-task operations and maintain performance standards. It would suit someone who can bring strong leadership and operational judgement to the role.
Where the work sits
Requires working a shift pattern (days and afternoons), along with participation in an on-call rota. Control all aspects of the Plant & Machinery team, ensuring all statutory, mandatory and safety legislation is met.
