As a Skilled Operative Nursey, the work centres on to ensure that all materials and equipment are available to support the production needs daily whilst ensuring the business works in an efficient way, enabling it to deliver on cus. It would suit someone who can bring work closely with the quality / technical team to create a proactive approach to product quality to the role.

Role overview

To be hands on and co-ordinate activities and requirements of the nursery packhouse through acting as the 1st point of contact and liaison for Nursery Operatives and Senior Managem. Be responsible for line output, including appearance, spread, trim, head, stem level and correct packaging / hardware.

Main responsibilities

To ensure that all materials and equipment are available to support the production needs daily whilst ensuring the business works in an efficient way, enabling it to deliver on cus. Ensure that the quality of all products generated by the lines meets the customer and in house standards. Ensure products are stored correctly during productive / non-productive times.
