This Social Media Advisor (FTC/Secondment) role is focused on multi-task and manage/prioritise workload. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, patience, and reliable follow-through to the role.

Where the work sits

Excellent planning and organisational skills – able to prioritise effectively and assimilate complicated messages. Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet including social media platforms).

How the role works day to day

Able to multi-task and manage/prioritise workload. Someone who is able provide excellent communication via social media channels as well as working with a small group of advisors covering both Customer Care and Information to ensur. Liaising with colleagues across the Customer Relations, Operations and Communications functions is essential to deliver a consistent and up to date message, drive advocacy, spot tr.
