What the role involves
- Plan and optimise campaigns, search activity, content, or channel performance according to the role focus.
- Use reporting, audience insight, and performance data to guide improvements.
- Supporting the E-Com and Creative teams, as well as our PR agency, to deliver compelling digital narratives for the two brands.
- Respond to direct messages including general inquiries and post comments Review analytics, creating reports on key metrics.
Skills and requirements
- Creation, execution, and optimisation of paid digital campaigns.
- Updating website content, including homepage and landing pages, in line with the brand communication calendar.
- Email marketing support, including campaign setup, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Liaise with the PR Agency to track the effectiveness of the influencer gifting program.
Candidate fit
- 2-3 years experience in social media and digital marketing in a similar role.
- Social media savvy with a strong sense of aesthetic and attention for detail.
- A strong understanding of cultural trends inclusive of fashion, media, music and art.
Additional role context
- Execute a results-driven social media strategy in order to increase followers and engagement.
- Writing copy for the Sister Jane and Ghospell social media accounts in line with the brand’s tone-of-voice.
