As a Social Media Executive, the work centres on schedule, publish and quality-check posts across group LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and any additional agreed platforms. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Who the work supports
Draft compelling copy for social posts that reflect our group tone of voice and support key campaigns (e.g. Essential1–2+ years’ experience in social media, content or digital marketing roles.
How support shows up
Own the day-to-day creative and messaging requirements for paid campaigns on group channels, working with the team to ensure assets and copy are on-brief and ready for activation. Schedule, publish and quality-check posts across group LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and any additional agreed platforms. Monitoring comments, messages and mentions, flagging potential issues and responding where appropriate in line with agreed guidelines.

What needs to be in place
- Experience in B2B and/or corporate communications, employer branding or thought leadership content.
- Demonstrable experience creating social content (copy and assets) for LinkedIn, Instagram and/or YouTube.
- Proficiency in Canva /Adobe CC (or similar) to create polished, on-brand social graphics.
