What the role involves
- Schedule, and publish content aligned with brand strategy, market requirements, campaign calendars, and product launches.
- Monitoring community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone of voice.
- Supporting the development and execution of social-first content, with a strong emphasis on TikTok.
- Work closely with creative teams or creators to brief, produce, and optimize content that resonates with target audiences.
- Managing and optimise TikTok Shop activity, including product tagging, campaign participation, and performance tracking.
Skills and requirements
- Experience with relevant digital marketing channels, campaign reporting, or content performance is useful.
Confirmed role details
- Full-time, permanent role based at our modern office in Runway East, London.
- 40 hours per week, 9 am to 6 pm with a one-hour lunch.
- This position is hybrid, with the expectation to go to the London office 3 days per week (more if you’d like).
- 30 days holiday: + 8 UK bank holidays.
