Social Work Assistant/ Family Support Worker

The Support Worker position centres on we are looking for 3 social work assistance/Family Support workers, to work alongside children, young people and families and allocated social workers, to join out teams and delive. It would suit someone who can bring supporting young people or families through calm, crisis-response work in the community to the role.

• We are looking for 3 social work assistance/Family Support workers, to work alongside children, young people and families and allocated social workers, to join out teams and delive.
• Duties would also include supporting duty social workers, delivery direct support to children and young people at home and in care, supervising contact/family time and bringing fam.
