The Social Worker CWD position in Kingston Upon Thames centres on assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
How the role is set up
We are proud to be working with AFC children services, who were rated Outstanding by Ofsted in December 2024—achieving top marks across all five assessment areas. Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join the Children with Disabilities Team based in Kingston Upon Thames.
Where someone would start
Assessing the needs of children with disabilities and their families. Developing individualised plans, and chairing meetings to ensure plans are on track in partnership with parents/carers and other professionals involved in the child’s life. Being a link person for one of our local specialist schools.

- Active Social Work England registration.
Job details
- £3,000 Market Supplement paid monthly into salary.
- 29 days annual leave, increasing to 33 days after 2 years and 35 days after 4 years.
- Minimum of 12 protected Development Days per year.
