• As a Social Worker within the Children Looked After and Leaving Care Service, you will provide a range of support and interventions designed to meet the needs for children.
• With the child you will make assessments to develop.
• Provide direct and indirect specialist support work.

• Sutton’s Children Looked After and Leaving Care Team is responsible for care planning for children looked after to ensure permanency and to progress children in care into independe.
