How the role is set up
Work with a supportive and collaborative crew. Respond to safeguarding concerns and contribute to Section 42 enquiries.
Where someone would start
Contribute to service development and continuous improvement within the rehab and D2A pathways. Complete Mental Capacity Assessments, Best Interest decisions, and contribute to DoLS processes where required. Supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, stroke, MS, and other neurological conditions through rehabilitation and community reintegration.
