Social Worker
Job description
This Social Worker role is focused on developing person‑centred support plans focused on outcomes, independence and informal/community networks. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
How the role is set up
As a Social Worker, you will triage safeguarding concerns and carry out proportionate Section 42 enquiries, ensuring Making Safeguarding Personal (MSP) is central to all decisions. This is an excellent opportunity to join an exciting team, where the focus is on empowering people, strengthening practice, and achieving positive outcomes.
Where someone would start
Develop person‑centred support plans focused on outcomes, independence and informal/community networks. Carry out holistic, strengths‑based assessments, reviews and interventions with adults, families and carers. Complete assessments for equipment, assistive technology, and housing adaptations; provide advice on moving and handling where required.

What is expected
- Experience working within adult safeguarding, including Section 42 enquiries.
- Strong understanding of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and Making Safeguarding Personal.
- Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration.
Job details
- Up to 33 days’ annual leave, plus bank holidays, with the option to buy additional leave.
