• Professional supervision will be provided by the Adult Social Care SAIL Team Practice Manager.

Confirmed role details

• PO3 - £41,133- £49,056 (plus Market Supplement £3,000).
• To contribute to the daily screening and processing of Adult Social Care safeguarding referrals and Police Connect notifications.
• To provide initial responses and acknowledgements to referrers.
• To ensure timely responses to concerns raised, whilst also ensuring that initial risk identified is suitably mitigated and that people are essentially safe with risks reduced.
