Working environment

As well as managing a caseload, the role involves being part of a duty rota to support the running of the service. Interviews are expected to be conducted during the week commencing 8th June 2026.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate skills in mediation, negotiation and problem solving.
• Able to assess situations with clarity and sensitivity and act professionally in crisis situations.
