Soft FM Supervisor focuses on provide support to the cleaning team during periods of high demand, including holiday cover, sickness absence, and peak workloads.

What the role involves

• Provide support to the cleaning team during periods of high demand, including holiday cover, sickness absence, and peak workloads.
• Conduct waste management checks, including coordination with site contractors.
• Managing stores operations, including the collection and issuing of materials and equipment.
• Carry out routine health and safety inspections.
• Escort contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with site regulations and safety procedures.
• Delivering staff training and guidance as required.

Skills and requirements

• Previous supervisory experience is great, but not essential – we’ll train you!
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years, have the legal right to work, and pass security vetting and DBS checks.

• Leuchars Station, Fife, KY16 0JX.
• Permanent full-time, 35 hours per week, working pattern Monday – Friday.
