As a Software Asset & Configuration Management Lead in ServiceNow, CSDM and automationYou are experienced in, the work centres on providing team leadership and drive engagement across the teams and contribute to the wider Enterprise Technology Leadership Team. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Who the work supports
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in our Cannon Street office. We continually drive service improvements and love to automate everything we can on our journey towards customer delight.
How support shows up
Provide team leadership and drive engagement across the teams and contribute to the wider Enterprise Technology Leadership Team. Act as an escalation point for complex issues raised by the team and drive to a successful conclusion. Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement through expertise, and assist the team with prioritisation of the backlog.

What needs to be in place
- You have 10+ years of experience in the ITIL Domains of CMDB and ITAM.
- You can orchestrate the maturity of multiple capabilities and represent them in senior leadership meetings.
