Troubleshoot and resolve support issues raised by developers while continuously improving system reliability and performance. Document software functionality, architecture, testing procedures, and security considerations to support seamless knowledge transfer. Your day begins by checking support channels for any issues raised by developers using your AI workflows.

What you need

• Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
