Delivery of technology solutions working with partner development teams via near‑shoring/off‑shoring or 3rd party development. Focused on enablement capabilities where you'll shape the strategic direction for developer tooling, and foundational capabilities that accelerate product delivery.

How support shows up

Communicate and drive strategic initiatives (3–5‑year horizons) around mobile platform evolution, BFF architecture patterns, and enabling service capabilities. Define and drive the enablement roadmap for foundational services that successful engineering delivery is built upon. Liaise with partners and regulatory bodies to establish and follow an effective release process, particularly for mobile app releases and backend service deployments.

What needs to be in place

• Previous hands‑on experience developing highly available, fault tolerant, resilient applications and transactional platforms from requirements gathering to delivery and support.
• Experience building strategic capabilities, developer tools, or enablement services that accelerate engineering productivity and reduce friction in the development lifecycle.
• Experience supporting software systems in production including on‑call support with a relentless focus on improving the stability, availability and performance of those systems.
