What the role involves

  • Generate and qualify new business leads through research, networking, and social selling (e.g. LinkedIn).
  • Delivering tailored software demonstrations based on client needs and challenges.
  • Managing and track sales activity using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot), ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Leading negotiations and close deals to maximise revenue and long-term customer value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and relay feedback.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to identify upsell and renewal opportunities.

Skills and requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Strong IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office 365.
