Solicitor (Grade A/B)- Clinical Negligence

This Solicitor (Grade A/B) opportunity is built around providing support, guidance and assistance to the team to deliver outstanding service to customers. It would suit someone who can bring supporting task-by-task logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

Role overview

35 days holiday a year including bank holidays and Christmas Closure, you also have an option to purchase up to 3 extra days’ holiday per year, until you long service award the 3 d. We are seeking a highly skilled lawyer to join our dynamic and supportive team, where your expertise will make a real difference.

Main responsibilities

Providing support, guidance and assistance to the team to deliver outstanding service to customers. Supporting the Team Leader in ensuring the delivery of the team’s financial performance KPIs. Discussing and agreeing case tactics and planning with the Team Leader and members of the team.

Requirements

• Working with the team to ensure that relevant information is being collected and collated to enable the progression of the case.
• 8 years+ PQE or equivalent experience working in Clinical Negligence.
