Solicitor (Grade A/B)
As a Solicitor, the work centres on discussing and agreeing case tactics and planning with the Team Leader and members of the team. It would suit someone who can bring professional judgement, legal knowledge, client communication, and careful file management to the role.

Legal work involved
Discussing and agreeing case tactics and planning with the Team Leader and members of the team. Negotiating settlement and the issuing and service of proceedings should it be required. Correspond regularly with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to provide clear, informed guidance.

Legal skills and experience
- Working with the team to ensure that relevant information is being collected and collated to enable the progression of the case.
- Recent experience of handling a case load.
- 8 years+ PQE or equivalent experience working in Clinical Negligence.
