Job description

This Solicitor role is focused on managing any support services for which you are responsible, including supervision of secretarial and junior staff. It would suit someone who can bring accuracy, confidentiality, and clear communication to the role.

Our team is ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners guides. Our Housing Management team has over 30 years’ experience in delivering legal services to social housing providers and to private landlords.

Practical details

  • We have a minimum of 25 days across the firm and you will receive an additional day’s holiday after every completed year of service to a total maximum of 30 days.
  • Be enrolled in the pension after 3 months of employment dependent on age and salary.
  • You are also able to carry over up top 5 days of unused holiday entitlement.
  • We offer our employees up to 2 days paid leave a year to contribute towards our CSR efforts.

What needs to be in place

  • Strong experience in a housing management legal department in a solicitor’s firm or in-house.
  • Experience of dealing with landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims is desirable.
  • Experience of delivering excellent client care preferably in private practice.
