Solicitor or Associate

The Solicitor or Associate position with Motor & RTA centres on working with partners to manage a caseload of high value claims, compromising of a variety of defender EL/PL & RTA matters. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Role overview

0-5 years PQE, preferable within Motor, Road Traffic Accidents (RTA), Employers Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL) and Personal Injury. DWF is a global legal business providing Complex, Managed and Connected Services.

Main responsibilities

Working with partners to manage a caseload of high value claims, compromising of a variety of defender EL/PL & RTA matters. Prioritise work effectively and to maximise efficiency in working practices, adhering to court deadlines and directions, as well as the client's service level agreements. Build working relationships internally and externally in order to develop business networks and create a solid understanding of the Firm’s directions and client needs.

Requirements

• Experience in handling high value defender personal injury files either in your own right, or as an assistant to more senior team members.
• We will also consider NQ’s with an interest and experience in these areas.
