Solicitor or Associate

Motor & RTA is looking for a Solicitor or Associate, with the role focused on work with partners to manage a caseload of high‑value claims, comprising a variety of defender EL/PL & RTA matters. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.

Where someone would start

Work with partners to manage a caseload of high‑value claims, comprising a variety of defender EL/PL & RTA matters. Prioritise work effectively to maximise efficiency in working practices, adhering to court deadlines and directions, as well as the client’s service level agreements. Build working relationships internally and externally to develop business networks and create a solid understanding of the Firm’s directions and client needs.

What is expected

• 0–5 years PQE, preferable within Motor, RTA, EL, PL and Personal Injury.
• Experience handling high‑value defender personal injury files either alone or as an assistant to more senior team members.
• Consideration of NQs with an interest and experience in these areas.
