What the role involves

  • Drafting and preparing key legal documents such as leases, Transfers of Part, licences to assign, deeds of surrender, statutory notices, contracts and overage agreements.
  • Acting for both lenders and borrowers, including preparing reports on title and advising on security documentation.
  • Handle matters from inception through to completion, ensuring a high standard of legal service throughout.
  • Maintaining strong client relationships, managing expectations, meeting deadlines and ensuring matters progress efficiently within agreed timescales.
  • Supporting the Partner and wider team with client work, including handling correspondence, calls and general case management.
  • Develop your understanding of the local and regional market.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant legal, paralegal, conveyancing, casework, or administrative experience may be useful.
