Solutions Architect focuses on deliver exceptional customer experiences, and integrate seamlessly across our digital ecosystem.

What the role involves

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences, and integrate seamlessly across our digital ecosystem.
• Overseeing data flows into and out of AEP, enabling real time activation, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
• Ensure solutions are compliant with security, privacy, and data governance requirements.
• Delivering high level estimations to guide prioritisation, planning, and delivery sequencing.
• Provide deep platform expertise to support engineering teams during design.
• Supporting the development of the Martech strategy, roadmaps, and implementation plans in collaboration with product owners and engineering teams.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience operating as a Solutions Architect or Technical Lead within complex, modern digital environments.
• Deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Platform, ideally including hands-on understanding of Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimiser, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch.
• Demonstrable experience designing distributed, cloud-native systems using Microservices, Event-driven architectures and Headless web topologies.
• Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
