Job description
COREcruitment dot com is looking for a Sous Chef, with the role focused on we're looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a busy kitchen – fresh food, fast service, great training. It would suit someone who can bring skilled in fast-paced service and fresh prep to the role.

5 weeks comprehensive training provided. Join a fast-paced, high-volume branded restaurant group with multiple London sites.

We're looking for a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in a busy kitchen – fresh food, fast service, great training. Supporting the Head Chef in running a busy, high-volume kitchen. Managing sections and support team development.

- Experience in high-volume, fresh-food environments.
Practical details
- £13.50/hr base + £3.50-4.50 tronc= £42-45k OTE.
- 48hr contract + overtime paid.
