Job description
This Sous Chef role is focused on supporting smooth service-by-service kitchen or service operations. It would suit someone who can bring calm and organised in a fast-paced setting to the role.
How the role is set up
A campus that provides accommodation and catering at halls of residences and within various food and bar outlets for students, staff and visitors is seeking a strong Sous Chef. As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for running a busy site kitchen to produce an innovative quality menu in line with agreed budgets and projections.

What is expected
- The ideal candidate for this role will have been working for a minimum of 2 years in a high volume catering establishment, be hands on and have experience of managing junior chefs.
