Were now looking for a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team as Number 2 to the Head Chef. We respect Thai food, honour where we came from, and cook with heart every day.
Main responsibilities
Leading by example and set high standards in the kitchen. Supporting kitchen leadership, service flow, and food quality across service-by-service operations.
Job details
- Delicious Thai food on every shift plus bottomless drinks.
- · Ideally a minimum of 1 year working a Sous chef in a casual or fine dining restaurant.
- · As a Sous chef you will be responsible in assisting the Head Chef in leading the kitchen and ensuring our food is of the highest quality.
- Enhance Holiday and pension Scheme for Length of service.
