• Supporting the head chef in delivering a breakfast and daily menu, your role will involve preparing food and orders for the Boathouse at Roydon Marina Village.
• Demonstrate a high level of food safety knowledge and follow recommended practices.
• Ensure the kitchen and storage areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Operate in accordance with the Safer Food, Better Business guidelines.

Skills and requirements

• Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 and Level 3 (will be provided).
• Competent understanding of food hygiene regulations.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience of a chef position.
