- Supporting the Executive Pastry Chef and senior kitchen team in overseeing pastry operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional standards of quality and presentation.
- Leading by example, managing and inspiring the pastry team to deliver smooth, well-organised service across all shifts.
- Contribute to the development of pastry menus, seasonal offerings, and recipe innovation, aligning with the hotel’s culinary vision.
- Overseeing the preparation and presentation of all baked goods, desserts, and pastry items, ensuring consistency, portion control, and adherence to recipes.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic pastry kitchen in full compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet service requirements and elevate guest experiences through outstanding pastry offerings.

- Relevant kitchen, service, hygiene, supervisory, or hospitality experience may be useful.
