Our Sous Chef prepares, produces, and presents memorable meals for our guests, applying their energy and enthusiasm to every task. We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Sous Chef with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen.
Main responsibilities
Supporting smooth service-by-service kitchen or service operations. Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare. Build excellent relationships with kitchen and front-of-house team members to keep everything running smoothly.
Requirements
- Have previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef.
