Skills and requirements
- Possess a minimumof City & Guilds 706/1/2 (or NVQ Level 2 equivalent) and a basic food hygiene certificate.
- Wide knowledge of international and home market cuisine.
- Experience with fresh food and menu development.
- The majority of shifts will fall between Monday to Friday, with no split shifts.
