What the role involves

• Assisting with duties throughout the spa and contribute to the smooth running of the operation.
• Carry out operational duties as outlined by duty manager Day to day duties.
• Ensure that these are ready for use by clients/members at all times.
• Maintain the communal areas of the spa.
• Carry out opening and closing procedures as outlined in the brand standards.
• Preparing laundry during quiet periods.

Skills and requirements

• Assist with the operation/service of the Spa restaurant as required.

Additional role context

• Contribute to the delivery of revenue and profit targets for the site.
• Contribute to the delivery of brilliant basics at all times.
• Tour day spa visitors around the spa to demonstrate the facilities and highlight the spa facilities and recommended journey.
