What the role involves
- Deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
- Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
- Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and external professionals.
- Use effective behaviour management strategies to support engagement and learning.
- Monitoring pupil progress and adapt teaching approaches where needed.
Skills and requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working with children with SEN, SEMH, or additional learning needs.
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
- An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service, or willingness to apply.

- Full Time, Term Time Only.
- Start Date: September 2026 or sooner.
