• Use positive behaviour strategies to help students regulate and engage.
• Supporting communication, social development, and emotional wellbeing.
• Contribute to a safe, calm, and inspiring classroom environment.
• Supporting with EHCP targets, helping students work toward personalised goals.
• Adapt learning materials to make lessons accessible.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

• Students (11-18) have a range of needs including autism, SEMH, and communication difficulties.
